Tatbandi allows society users to request account deactivation or deletion through their society administration or by contacting AlBodh Tech support.
How Account Deletion Works
Tatbandi is a society-managed platform where accounts are linked to flats, residents, maintenance records, notices, complaints, and society operations.
Users who wish to remove or deactivate access can request deletion by:
- Contacting their society administrator or committee member.
- Emailing AlBodh Tech support.
- Requesting access removal from the associated society account.
Some records may be retained for operational, accounting, legal, audit, security, or society compliance purposes.
Data That May Be Retained
Even after account deactivation or access removal, certain records may remain associated with the society for compliance and operational continuity.
- Maintenance transaction history
- Payment receipts and proofs
- Society accounting records
- Complaint and notice history

Request Processing
