Tatbandi Subscription Policy
This policy describes how housing societies subscribe to Tatbandi, how access is activated and renewed, and how subscription fees paid to AlBodhTech relate to society operations.[cite: 4]
Policy Summary
Tatbandi provides a software platform to housing societies. This policy dictates how subscriptions are managed, billed, and maintained by AlBodhTech. For general terms of service, refer to our standard agreement.
1. About the Subscription
Tatbandi is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by AlBodhTech. Housing societies purchase a subscription for society administration and resident engagement features. AlBodhTech does not act as the society's bank.
Subscription fees are paid directly to AlBodhTech for the software license and are separate from the regular maintenance funds that societies collect from their residents.
2. Included Features
Depending on the specific plan and modules selected, access may include the following features:
- Maintenance billing and payment tracking
- Resident and flat management
- Complaints and helpdesk systems
- Notices and circular distributions
- Facility booking management
- Visitor management and gate security
- Expense tracking and asset management
3. Trial Period
Societies may be offered a trial period to evaluate the platform. At the end of the trial period, the society must purchase a paid subscription to continue using the services without interruption.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Pricing is based on the number of flats/units in the society and the modules selected. Current pricing schedules are available on our platform or provided by our sales representatives.
5. Subscription Activation
Upon successful payment and verification, the subscription will be activated. The designated society admins will receive credentials and instructions to configure their society's dashboard.
6. Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are typically billed on an annual basis unless agreed otherwise. The term starts from the date of activation and remains valid for the duration specified in the invoice.
7. Renewal
Renewal reminders will be sent to the registered society administrators prior to the expiry date. Continuous access requires timely payment of renewal fees.
8. Upgrade or Plan Change
Societies can upgrade their plans or add modules at any time during an active subscription. The billing will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining duration of the current cycle.
9. Non-Payment and Expiry
If a subscription is not renewed by the expiry date:
- A grace period of 7 days may be provided.
- Following the grace period, administrative access will be restricted.
- Resident access to certain features may also be suspended until the payment is cleared.
10. Terms and Proposed Policy Changes
Applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, or other statutory or processor charges may be added where required by law or payment partners. Such amounts will be disclosed before payment is completed.
AIBodhTech does not publish fixed gateway fee percentages on this page; any such charges follow the payment provider’s terms and the invoice or checkout summary shown at payment time.
11. Refunds
Subscription payments to AlBodhTech are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy[cite: 3]. That policy explains trial evaluation, non-refundable fees after activation, exceptions, and how to submit a refund request[cite: 3].
